  REMOVE SORROW Ecclesiastes 11:7-10 Devotional:- “Therefore remove sorrow from your heart, And put away evil from your flesh, For childhood and youth are vanity” (v.10) NKJV One of the strongest weapons the devil uses against our lives is sorrow. The most common problem most people have is sustaining their joy. The truth is that no one can succeed with sorrow. See, it is the goal of the devil to keep you in sorrow. When you are sad, he celebrates. This is because he knows the effect of sorrow, which most of us are unaware of. Many things encourage sorrow in the human life; some of such are disappointment and discouragement. Some people ignorantly have sorrow because of their bitterness toward everyone, even against God and themselves. But you need to know that when you are sorrowful, you can't relate with God for solution. In sorrow, a man’s mental, spiritual and physical systems are broken down (Proverbs 15:13). POWER OF DISCIPLESHIP   

Acts 4:5-13
Devotional:-“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus” (v.13) NKJV


   After Jesus had ascended to heaven, the disciples received the Holy Spirit and they were witnessing for Jesus everywhere. Because of a notable miracle; they were called to question by the rulers. There, they noticed their boldness and courage and observed they have been with Jesus.

Something of noteworthy is that, these disciples were not educated or exposed, but they traced their life to Jesus. If they were not properly discipled by Jesus, it will not be so. By the way Jesus had discipled them, they were as bold as Jesus and this is because they now have the spirit of Jesus. They were able to stand in the will of God and uphold the gospel to the end of their life. They were willing to die for the gospel of Jesus because they were well discipled for Christ.

Friend, if you will not turn back from Christ because of situation around and make eternity with Christ, then choose to grow as a disciple of Jesus. Refuse to be an ordinary church member. Take time to grow by knowing the Lord (Daniel 11:32). Let your children and spouse know the Lord. They will not grow up to trouble you. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, make me and my home to be disciples of Jesus.

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
