CHOICE OF JOY Acts 16:20-30 Devotional:- “But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.” (V.25) NKJV So many people in this world have not woken up to the fact that the way they live is their choice. One of the greatest errors is to think that the situation a man finds himself, is the determining factor of his life. This is not true. Please come to an awareness of this truth from now on: that you are living as you have chosen to live. Get to know that you are a creature of choice. Whatever your choice is, that is your lot. God chooses no evil for anyone in life (Jeremiah 29:11). Whether you are happy or not, whether you are rich or not, whether you are healthy or not, it is your choice; if you decide otherwise from now and stand by your decision, things will change for you. SURRENDER TO GOD

Romans 6:1-14
Devotional:- “And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God” (v. 13) NKJV


     The word surrender looks too foolish to the language in the world. The language of the word is the language of winning, succeed, don't give up or overcoming. But we can only be disciples of Jesus when we surrender to Him (Romans 12:1). We don't surrender to God with a sense of fear or duty but with heart of love (1 John4:9-10,19). 

  We often don't surrender to God because we don't realize how much God loves us. So, we always want to control our own life. For us to be able to surrender to God, we must be able to trust Him, then we can trust our life into His loving hands. We must also admit our limitations and weaknesses, then we can trust in His help.

  Surrendering does not mean giving up rational thinking, but it is demonstrated in obedience to God, no matter what. It means to trust Him to be faithful to His promises (Hebrews 10:23). It means waiting patiently for Him (Psalm 37:7) It means not rushing to defend yourself or react to criticism. Everyone eventually surrenders to something: it can be submitting to people’s opinion or expectations, money, fear, pride, inferiority complex, lust, or ego. But a true disciple of Christ will surrender to God in all things. That is when we can be like Him. Peace!

Prayer- Lord, help me to totally surrender to you in all things.

“HE WHO DOES NOT SURRENDER TO God, HAS TO SURRENDER TO AN IDOL”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
