  MADE TO GLORIFY GOD Revelation 4:1-11  Devotional:- “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created” (V. 11) The first major purpose of your life is to bring glory to God (Isaiah 43:21). That is why it is built into your sub-conscious mind to worship. When you understand the place of worshipping God in all things, you will no longer feel insignificant. Bringing glory and pleasure to God is what we called worship. God is always happy with those who worship Him (Psalm 147:11). Please note that anything you do to bring glory, honour or pleasure to God is an act of worship. We are wired by God to worship. If you don’t worship God, you will worship yourself. We often see some things as worship and others as none. We think we go to worship service but worship is more than just been in the church. It is a life style. CARRYING THE CROSS     

Luke 9:23-27
Devotional:-“Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me” (v.23) NKJV


    Disciples of Jesus must know that, we must pass through pain to access our gain. It is not going to be easy to change from what we have grown up to be for several years. It will be painful experience to unlearn the wrong we have been so used to and adjust to the will of God. God’s word says, even Jesus suffer to learn obedience to God (Hebrew 5:8).

Each one has to carry his/her own cross to be able to follow Christ. Cross here refers to inconveniences. Until we are ready to go through the inconveniences, we may not be able to adjust to Christ. Pain is a sign of dislocation and the solution is to relocate back to God. God trains His own children with challenges and we don't call it problem (Hebrews 12:6-11). A boxer needs to fight to win. So, fighting is a challenge and not a problem. Therefore, braze up and stop complaining or weeping. 

God is your father. He loves you and cannot fail you (Deuteronomy 8:2-3). Refuse to turn back from following the Lord notwithstanding your situation. Your faith is just been tested and when you pass, you will be promoted (James 1:12). God has prepared you for what you are going through and He knows you can overcome (1 Corinthians 10:13). So, rise up and be strong (1 John 5:4). You will surely pass. Peace!

Prayer – Lord, give me the grace to stand strong to my victory.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
