  HOUSE HIM Proverbs 23:19-28  Devotional:- “My son, give me your heart, And let your eyes observe my ways.” (V. 26) NKJV No man can actually have the best of God until you are really ready to house Him. As a man that married a woman will have to house her so also in Christ, though He is our husband yet we have to house Him (Ephesians 5:28-29). The scripture we read today is the wise counsel of God to us as His son, saying “… son give me your heart.” This is because until you give your heart to a lover you cannot totally have the enjoyment of the fill of His love. You will observe that when a man is truly in love, his entire mind is rapped into the love for his beloved. He cannot help longing for him. Some will even have the picture with them always and anywhere. Just to see it and feel loved. A true lover will always long for their beloved. He does not stay late or long outside because the beloved is in the house waiting. Friend, do you really love God. Does His love fill you...

THE GREAT COMMISSION

Matthew 28: 16-20
Devotional:-“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (v.19) NKJV

    A primary assignment of every disciple is to fulfill the assignment of the master. That is why the goal of discipleship should be to make people fulfill the great commission. Those who don’t partake of the great commission are not disciple of Christ. This is because it is what concerns the master that should concern a true disciple

 Christ commissioned and commanded all believers in our scriptures today into what we call the great commission. Jesus, having secure the power in heaven and earth, commanded us to go and make disciples of all nations. Which means, we, as followers of Christ should labor to bring others to Christ and work on them till they become a disciple of Jesus also. This is an example of what we saw in the ministry of Apostle Paul (Galatians 4:19).

  This work is to encourage them, follow them up, show them the way of the Lord and invite them to the house of the Lord. Studying the word of God with them and been an example for them to emulate. We are to keep doing this till the souls are fully established in the house of God. This is a life time assignment that Jesus has given to all believers. You must look for all avenue to participate in this for Christ to recognize you as His disciple indeed. Peace. 

Prayer: Lord, give me the grace to always obey you in the great commission. 

"YOU ARE ONLY A DISCIPLE WHEN CHRIST COMMISSION BECOMES YOUR COMMISSION"

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
