REMOVE SORROW Ecclesiastes 11:7-10 Devotional:- “Therefore remove sorrow from your heart, And put away evil from your flesh, For childhood and youth are vanity” (v.10) NKJV One of the strongest weapons the devil uses against our lives is sorrow. The most common problem most people have is sustaining their joy. The truth is that no one can succeed with sorrow. See, it is the goal of the devil to keep you in sorrow. When you are sad, he celebrates. This is because he knows the effect of sorrow, which most of us are unaware of. Many things encourage sorrow in the human life; some of such are disappointment and discouragement. Some people ignorantly have sorrow because of their bitterness toward everyone, even against God and themselves. But you need to know that when you are sorrowful, you can't relate with God for solution. In sorrow, a man’s mental, spiritual and physical systems are broken down (Proverbs 15:13). RELATIONSHIP

RELATIONSHIP

1 John 3:10-20
Devotional:-“We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death” (v.14) NKJV

A major area that a child of God should grow and be mature in is the ability to handle relationship with other people. Our ability to relate maturely with others goes a long way to determine how much we are growing like Christ. The Bible says, “Jesus was growing in favour with God and man” (Luke 2:52). This is maturity in relationship.
Growing in our ability to relate is a product of our growing the character of Christ and practice relationship with other believers. We cannot stay alone and grow in relationship. This is a major benefit of fellowshipping with children of God. If anyone is excusing him/herself from fellowshipping with other believer, he/she will not grow in relationship.

It demands growth in character and attitude of Christ. Tolerance, endurance, patience with others and understanding. It demands our ability to forgive when people offend us. As we grow in relationship, it gets to a level that people can no longer offend us. When Jesus was been crucified, He was asking for forgiveness for the people murdering Him. This is a very high level of maturity. This way, you will enjoy your everyday life with people and with God. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, teach me to relate with all men

“MATURITY IN RELATIONSHIP MAKES YOU HAVE PEACE WITH ALL”.
