  YOU ARE A MISSIONARY John 17:6-19 Devotional:- “As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. (V. 18 NLT) God is working all over the world and He has made you to be part of His work. It is the assignment of God for all Christians that is called Mission (2 Corinthians 5:20) Fulfilling your mission on earth is the fifth purpose of your life. Mission means been sent and every Christians is sent by the Lord (John 20:21). When we are saved, we become members of God’s family and the mission of Jesus becomes our mission.  Your mission is important and it is a continuation of the mission of Jesus. So to ignore it will be a sin (Matthew 28:19-20). It is important because it's a wonderful privilege (2 Corinthians 5:18). It is important because telling others about eternal life is the greatest thing you can do for them. COMMITMENT TO THE MASTER

1John 3: 3-11
Devotional:-“Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him” (v.6) NKJV


   For anyone to be a true disciple of Jesus, he/she must be committed to the master. Though, many goes to church today, but are not committed to Jesus. Many have accepted Him as Lord and saviour, yet they do not get committed to the master (Matt 7:20-21).

   Been a citizen of the kingdom of God is a relationship with Jesus. Just like no man will love to marry a woman committed to the marriage 50% or 80%, so also, a disciple of Jesus must totally be committed to Jesus. We must be committed to Jesus as our master who have no selfish interest in mind but our welfare and our growth in God.

    Friend, you can only become a true disciple of Jesus if you are committed to Jesus. To be committed to Jesus is to be committed to Him as your master and be committed to follow His instructions. That is why a disciple of Jesus must have an open mind that learn from the master. We must be committed and be consistent to the word of God and the service of the Lord. This is when we are His true disciples. Peace. 

Prayer: Lord, give me a committed heart to your kingdom.

"ONLY THE COMMITTED CAN GROW LIKE THE MASTER"

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
