LOVE SO MUCH

LOVE SO MUCH John 3:9-21 Devotional:- “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (V. 16) NKJV   Men need to begin to wake up to the understanding of the great love God has for us. It has been the strategy of the enemy all the while to make us feel God did not love us. That is in our mind. The infomation available to us has made us feel God is that big and wicked boss of heaven and the earth that goes about looking for people He will condemn and kill. But this is not true of God. The Bible present God to us as a God of love. In the past, before I knew the Lord, anytime I read the scripture, God so loved… I ask myself, where is the love? It looks like an ordinary religious statement to entice and deceive the sons of men. Later, I became mature enough to know that the Bible is the book of the truth. It has neither exaggeration nor extravagant words. And it is nothing but the...

FELLOWSHIP

FELLOWSHIP

Hebrew 10:19-25
Devotional:- “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching” (v.25) NKJV

One of the characteristics of a true disciple of Jesus is willingness and love to fellowship with brethren. Fellowship is been together with people of the same purpose and focus. It is a company of people of the same interest of common needs. It is a composition of people of God and who are heavenly focused (Hebrews 12:22-24).

The first fellowship we must cherish as disciples of Jesus is fellowshipping with God the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. This is done as you take time daily to have your quiet time in a specific place. The second one that we must not play with is the fellowship with the brethren i.e. Children of God in the church.

Discipleship becomes strong when you are in the company of believers. Create a small fellowship like a cell fellowship where healthy interaction is allowed. In the big church fellowship, we worship the master and learn at the feet of the master together. It is like this; we keep growing and drawing from the strength of the master. You will not miss your place in Jesus name. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, help me to be faithful to fellowship with you daily.
