  MADE TO GLORIFY GOD Revelation 4:1-11  Devotional:- “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created” (V. 11) The first major purpose of your life is to bring glory to God (Isaiah 43:21). That is why it is built into your sub-conscious mind to worship. When you understand the place of worshipping God in all things, you will no longer feel insignificant. Bringing glory and pleasure to God is what we called worship. God is always happy with those who worship Him (Psalm 147:11). Please note that anything you do to bring glory, honour or pleasure to God is an act of worship. We are wired by God to worship. If you don’t worship God, you will worship yourself. We often see some things as worship and others as none. We think we go to worship service but worship is more than just been in the church. It is a life style. GRATITUDE 

1 Thessalonians 5:16-22
“In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (Vs. 18) NKJV


    Any time we find it difficult to give thanks to God, it is because we are in a great confusion. The word of God said, God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33). Humanity often find themselves in confusion because we really do not know God or exercise patient enough to follow His ways.
We often want to praise the Lord because of what He has done. I want to challenge your reasons for praising the Lord. A major reason we should praise the Lord is because He is our God. He is our father, our Lord and our redeemer (Revelation 5:9-10, Galatians 3:13-14). Do you know that you honour your parents not because of what they do or do not? You simply honour them because they are your parents. You know you came to the world through them (Hebrews 12:8-10). Even, if they discipline you yesterday when you wake up in the morning you still greet and honour them. So also, is our Heavenly Father. 

We should praise God always, because He is our father, our owner, our controller and Lord. It does not matter whether you have eaten or not, He is still your God. So, we should give thanks to Him always as true disciples of Christ. Then we will always remain in the will of God. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, help me to truly take you as my owner in life

“IF YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR PARENT, YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR GOD”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
