Practice hospitality” (V. 13) NIV There is hardly anyone in the world who does not need help, except that they are not making any move to make something happen. So help is a need of people who are looking forward, people who have vision or people who are pursuing a life goal. If you consider yourself in need of help, then you are just one of the people on the path of success. This help could vary from the need for the right people’s assistance, counselling, or money and material. We need to understand with clarity that at any period in time, we will surely reap what we have sown (Galatians 6:7). And so we must keep sowing help into the life of others to reap help. POWER OF THE EYE

Matthew 6:22-23 
Devotional Verse:- "The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light” (Vs. 22)

 


    It is the lifestyle of every citizen of the kingdom of God to walk in light. While light gives understanding, darkness brings confusion and stagnancy. The Bible calls God the father of light (James 1:17) and calls us the children of light (Eph. 5:8). Light is about the illumination, brightness of our hearts and the clarity of our understanding. The eye the Bible is referring to is majorly our inner eyes by which we have the understanding of knowledge and the wisdom for living. Just like the physical eyes, when you open it, you will see clearly, but when you close it, all you will see will be darkness.
 
    Jesus is therefore saying that we should always allow our inner eyes to access light. By this, our whole body will be full of light.
 
  This light is the understanding that comes through the revelation of the word of God (Psalms 119:130). We gain light by seeking knowledge of the truth of our situations and then have clarity of the understanding of what to do. That is why a child of God does not read the Bible just to become a professor or a preacher but to gain light. This is the secret of our rising in life (Isa. 60:1). You will be unstoppable in Jesus name. Peace! 
 
Prayer: Lord, show me the light for my progress.

“YOU CAN’T RUN WITH SPEED IN THE NIGHT MORE THAN THE BRIGHTNESS OF YOUR HEAD LAMP”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
