MEDITATION Psalm 1:1-6 Devotional:- “But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night..” (v.2) NKJV God’s word describes someone blessed because he/she meditates on the word of God, day and night. How can this be? The word of God is the source of inspiration that strengthens us to perform (John 1:1-3). The Bible told us that God is a spirit; therefore, meditating on the word of God is drawing on the strength of the spirit (John 6:63).

HUNGRY FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS
Luke 1:48-55 Devotional Verse: -“He has filled the hungry with good things, And the rich He has sent away empty” (Vs. 53).
It is the nature of the Lord to satisfy those who hunger and thirst for righteousness. When anyone is thirsty for God, he/she will certainly find Him. The Lord says that when we seek Him, we shall find Him (Deuteronomy 4:29). This attitude of being hungry for God always qualifies us for His blessings. In the Scripture we read today, Mary the mother of Jesus who was filled with the Holy Spirit spoke by the spirit. She testified by the Holy Spirit that God had filled her hunger with good things. For us to find the best of God in this kingdom, you and I have to be thirsty for God. To be thirsty for God is to long for His presence and be in His will. You live in righteousness by standing right with God. By doing the will of God with passion, Jesus said that there will be a filling (Matt. 5:6). As we seek the kingdom of God first and its righteousness, all other blessings which we desire shall be added to our lives (Matthew 6:33). We hunger for righteousness by acknowledging His will and obeying Him in everything (Prov. 3:5-6). When we do this, we will live a life of wonders on earth. Peace! Prayer: Lord, help me to be hungry for righteousness
“IT IS WHAT YOU ARE THIRSTY FOR THAT WILL FILL YOUR LIFE”
MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.
FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans? If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
YOU HAVE TO FIGHT Deuteronomy 20:1-4 Devotional:- “When you go out to battle against your enemies, and see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the LORD your God is with you, who brought you up from the land of Egypt” (V. 4) NKJV God’s children must come to realize that our victory has been purchased by by the blood of Jesus, but we have to fight to establish it in our lives. If you have to face the devil, it will be impossible to defeat him. he was in a greater glory before than you are now. He has been in a battle game before the creation of man (Revelation 12:7-8). He knows far more than we do.
