HE NEVER REJECTS YOU

HE NEVER REJECTS YOU John 6:24-40  Devotional:- “All whom My Father gives (entrusts) to Me will come to Me; and the one who comes to Me I will most certainly not cast out [I will never, no never, reject one of them who comes to Me]” (V 37) AMPC Sometimes we imagine God in our mind with the understanding and the likeness of men. We view Him as someone we have to really beg to ever experience His favour or help. The truth is that there are several reasons responsible for this. One of them is that man, by his nature, could reject a fellow man. So when we think of coming to God or returning to Him, we feel in our mind that we are too bad to be accepted. We need to understand that our feelings about God cannot be the best way to describe Him, like His word. Even though we feel like that, yet, the word of God, which is the truth, says, whoever comes to Him, He will never reject. He is never interested in the death of a sinner but that he repents and be saved (Ezekiel 18:23). This is part...

MEEKNESS

MEEKNESS

Psalms 37: 1-11
Devotional Verse:- “But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace” (Vs. 11)

God’s ways are not the same as man’s ways (Isa. 55:8-9). When you understand the value of the blessings of the Lord, you will want to have them at all cost. God’s blessings are without sorrow and that is why the lifestyle of the kingdom is for the people who are meek (Proverbs 10:22).
Meekness is an act of being modest, humble and submissive. It is about one been contempt about his situation in life and still been grateful to God. He stays focused in his current level, and still aspires for more of God without seeing God as bad but good. These are people who are willing to learn to grow and not blaming people for their errors. This is a great virtue which God appreciates in His children (1 Pet. 3:4). It was found in Moses whom the Bible described as a man of meekness (Numbers 12:2). You and I need to cultivate the lifestyle of meekness.

In today’s Scripture, we learn that, instead of fretting because of evil doers who are prospering, we should be grateful at our levels and trust God to bless us. The meek will not only last in health, but they will buy the property of the anxious, cheaply.

Prayer: Lord, help me to be patient with you in life.

“HE THAT IS NOT GRATEFUL WILL STAGNATE HIS LIFE”.
