PROTECT YOUR HEART Proverbs 4:20-27 Devotional:- “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life” (V. 23) NLT Everyone is born with a strength capable of rising to greatness. In every growing child is a seed of greatness. It is this strength that makes the youth so creative and energetic. That is why each young person looks at the future with great hope. The enemy tries to destroy this strength. As strong as many started in life, not many could strike the chord of success because their strength was destroyed.

THE MERCIFUL
Luke 6:30-36 Devotional Verse:-“Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful” (Vs. 36)
One of the lifestyles of the kingdom of God which was among the teachings of Jesus is being merciful. This attitude gives us access to the blessings of God. To be merciful is to be considerate or compassionate on others. People may offend us but we need to deal with them with consideration. Jesus taught us that it is when we are merciful that we can obtain mercy. It is in the nature of God to give mercy (Exodus 33:4-6). So, as citizens of the kingdom of God, when we show mercy, we are taking after our father in whose image we are made. That is why you must not let things affect you negatively. You must not allow people’s negative attitude to get inside of you. Make up your mind never to hold anyone in your heart. This will help you to be able to easily forgive others. If anyone has offended you either in the office, home, church, etc, be merciful to them, so that God can also show you mercy. Peace! Prayer: Lord, help and give me a merciful heart to enjoy your mercy.
“WHEN YOU ARE MERCIFUL, YOUR LIFE WILL BE FULL OF GOD’S MERCY”.
THE GRACIOUS Exodus 34:1-8 Devotional:- “…The Lord, the Lord a God merciful and gracious, long-suffering and abundance in goodness and truth” (V.6) AMPL For believers of this Generation to have the fullness of heaven as the word of God promised, they will need to have the right understanding of who our God is. It is the wrong concept of God that has limited the exploitation of Christians and made many lives wrongly. God’s word says those who know their God shall be strong (Daniel 11:32). If you will be stronger than your challenges you must know your God.
ONLY THE VICTORS Revelation 21:1-8 Devotional:- “He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son” (v. 7) NKJV In this part of the world, many are not so used to taking responsibility over challenges. Instead of been proactive to foresee and prevent issues, people are used to looking out for whom to blame and who should help out (Proverbs 14:23). It is vivid that we are in a challenging season. It is also clear that we are drawing closer to the end of the age.
ALTERNATIVES II Kings 5:1-15 Devotional:- “Are not the Abanah and the Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?" So he turned and went away in a rage”. (V12) NKJV It is always the trick of the devil to make us lose sight of God. So he often makes us see alternatives to God. His own goal is to take people away from God. The enemies so much make his way look easy and quick but with eternal implications. That is why you need to grow your faith and not yield to his tricks. The devil’s alternative will always be with covenants that bind into darkness.
