  CREATED TO RULE Genesis 1:26-31 Devotional:- “God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”” (V. 28) NIV The major purpose of creating man was to rule over the earth. This is because the purpose of a product is in the assignment given to it to carry out. The reason why God wanted us to rule the earth was to make us represent Him here, to disallow the enemy from ruling the earth. So our rulership was a delegation. It is very clear in the scripture, God’s manual of man, that we are created to rule. That is, to take over, take control and have dominion over the earth. A producer is only successful when the product serves the purpose of production. When authority is delegated to a man, it often comes with a measure of power and liberty to operate it. UNIT VALUE                 

Luke 15:8-10
Devotional Verse:-"Or what woman, having ten silver coins, if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp, sweep the house, and search carefully until she finds it?” (Vs. 8)

 

    Sometimes, when you hear about the population of the world, you wonder how God could listen and attend to everyone. The government of God is not like the Kingdom of men. Inadequacies in the nature of men can make it possible for anyone to be overlooked but it is not so with God.
    In the parable we read about today, Jesus said that if a man has ten silver coins and loses one, he would sweep every part of the room in search of that one until he finds it. When he eventually locates the lost coin, he would celebrate. This is because of the emotional pain he went through; in losing the coin and in laboring to locate it. This interprets how valuable you are to God.
 
    Every one of us on earth is very precious to Him. God says that He has your name inscribed on the palm of His hand (Isaiah 49:16). He also says that, He knows the number of hairs on your head (Matthew 10:30). As far as God is concerned, no one can actually be lost because His eyes are on every one. Going away from Him, gives Him an emotional discomfort. That was why He could give away His only son to save you (John 3:16). He loves you very much and really cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Receive grace to trust in His Love. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, help me to always abide in your love
 
“NO ONE CAN TRULY LOVE YOU LIKE JESUS"

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
