  LOVE OF GOD I John 4:7-19 Devotional:- “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God” (V. 7) NIV You can hardly separate these two virtues; they are love and joy. They work together as twin brothers. You cannot love and not be joyful. In this season of joy, one of the things you must give room to for your joy to come is love. If you were not billing to love, you may not see joy. They have the same source; they both come from God (Psalm 16:11, 1 John 4:8) The scripture we read today said, Love comes from God and love is God. This means God cannot be in you and you can still hate. If you do, it is a sign that you are not born of God. You cannot be stealing and cheating, and you say you are a child of God. THE REVEALED LIGHT                

Matt. 5:13-16
Devotional Verse:  "Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house”  (Vs. 15)

    Light is a product of a generated energy. That is why it is not cheap to put on a light. For example, it will cost you buying a candle to have a candle light. That is why you will not put it on in hiding to just burn away. There is a purpose you intend it to serve and that is to illuminate the environment where you are in the time of darkness. It also costs God to giving us the Holy Spirit and teaching us His word for us to be called the light of the world.
 
    In this kingdom, God expects us to let our lives shine for the world to see (Matthew 5:16). This Light is our godly behaviour and attitude which portray the fruits of the Spirit of God in us (Gal. 5:22). God intends that His light in us will expose the darkness of this world, so that people can see the difference between following God and following the devil.
 
    That is why you must learn to always live the lifestyle of Christ. This light is reveal in us as we demonstrate the of love of God in this wicked world: joy in this sorrowful world, the hope of God’s word in this hopeless world, liberty of the Holy Spirit in this enslaving world, contentment in God’s provision in the anxious world and righteousness in this sinful world. As you do this, you will stand out in the world and the glory of God will be revealed in you. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, help me to stand out in the world for your glory
 
“DON’T BE AFRAID TO BE DIFFERENT. IT MAKES YOU SPECIAL”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
