  JOY IN PRAYERS I Samuel 2:1-10 Devotional:- “And Hannah prayed and said: "My heart rejoices in the LORD; My horn is exalted in the LORD. I smile at my enemies, Because I rejoice in Your salvation.” (V. 1) NKJV We often fall into depression when we look around us, and all we see are unanswered prayers. It becomes worse when you are despised and mocked for that thing that you are looking up to God for. Hannah was like that, a depressed and unhappy woman. What was Hannah’s secret that made her proclaim to all that “my heart rejoices in the Lord”? 1. She decided to look away from her oppressor 2. She went to God in prayer, pouring her sorrow to God.  3. She made a vow to give God the child 4. She left the presence of God, believing God answers prayer. Hannah made good her vow, and her joy was full. Are you depressed? Pour your heart to God, make a vow to him, and you will see him answer your prayers and your joy will Come. LOVE YOUR ENEMY                

Matthew 5:43-48
Devotional Verse:-"But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute yo”  (Vs. 44)

    It is important that you realize the great difference between the Kingdom of the devil and that of God. We are born into this world, but through salvation that was given to us by Christ Jesus, we have been transmitted from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of light which is the kingdom of God (Col. 1:13). 
 
    The greatest attitude of the kingdom was taught by Jesus in our Scripture for today: “We should love our enemies”. Jesus says, there is no difference between us as believers and unbelievers if we only love our friends and those who love us. If you only give to those who will give back to you, then you are not entitled to any reward from God.
 
    How do we then love our enemies? We can do this is by being ready to forgive whoever offends us regularly (Matthew 18:21-22). When we forgive others, God will also forgive us. This is by having the kingdom mindset that whatever you do, you do it unto God who is your rewarder (1 Cor. 15:58, Heb.11:6). If you can pray for your enemies, then it means you’ve truly forgiven them. All these are possible because of the Spirit of God is in us and not just the spirit of man. It is by doing this that, we are identified as children of God indeed. Receive grace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to love notwithstanding.
 
“IT IS AS YOU KEEP SOWING LOVE THAT YOU KEEP REAPING IT”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
