  FORMED FOR GODS FAMILY Hebrews 2:5-18 Devotional:- “For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings” (V. 10) The second major purpose of your creation is that you are formed for Gods family (1 John 3:1) God wants a family and he wanted you to be a part of it. The entire bible is full of the story of God building a family that will love him, honor and reign with him forever (Ephesians 1:5) NLT. God is love, so he cherish relationship (1 John 4:7-8). The nature of God is relational and that is why He identifies himself in fatherly terms; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. When we turn to the Lord and give our lives to Jesus Christ, God becomes or Father we become His children, other believers become our brothers and sisters and the church becomes our spiritual family. LUKEWARMNESS               

Revelation 3:14-17
Devotional Verse:- “So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth” (Vs. 16)

    The nature of the kingdom of God does not give room for lukewarmness. Some people always love to sit on the fence.  They do not want to be close to God or the church, so that they can easily bend with the world whenever they want to. The truth which man needs to know is that, there is no middle way kingdom. A man is either in the kingdom of the devil or that of God.
 
    In our Scripture for today, Jesus said that lukewarm people shall be vomited. This means, they shall not be allowed into the kingdom of God. This shows that whenever you sit on the fence, you automatically position yourself in the kingdom of the devil.
 
    Friend, make up your mind for God. There is nothing good in darkness. Don’t lose your soul to the devil because of social relevance. Choose whom you will serve, whether God or the devil. (Josh. 24:15). Be careful about distancing your children from God, when they grow up may they know God again. Much is awaiting you in God. Just make up your mind. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, no one will serve the devil in my home in Jesus name

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
