HE NEVER CONDEMNS

HE NEVER CONDEMNS John 8:1-11  Devotional:- “She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more”” (V. 11) NKJV One of the tricks the devil often used against man is to make us feel condemned. To be condemned is a feeling of self-judgment. It is the act of judging oneself to death when God has not. A man with condemnation cannot be bold or courageous. He cannot exercise faith. He cannot take a risk and so cannot find it easy to succeed. The truth is that God does not condemn man. So it is like man to feel condemned, and it is the handiwork of the devil. It was said about Jesus, “for God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that through Him might be saved” (John 3:17).  God has appointed Jesus to judge the earth. But that is not now. Condemnation is a feeling that one has been written off and is not worthy of living anymore. The only people who will face God’s final condemnation are those who refused to...

COUNT IT ALL JOY

COUNT IT ALL JOY

James 1:1-8
Devotional:- “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials” (v.2) NKJV

Trial could be a weight that the enemy could use to hinder many Christians from flying in life. Trial times are periods when we are tested to know the strength of our hearts. This season comes into the life of a Christian not because the Lord wants to be wicked to us, but we often enter into this season due to our weaknesses (James 1:13-14). When God discovers our weaknesses, He, as a good father, sees the need to help us; He does this by allowing situations that expose our weaknesses to us. It is always a time that looks as though God has forsaken or rejected us. These are what many people call delays in their lives. But all of these are not to break but to build us.

If you are going through a trial time, God expects us to consider such a season thoughtful and joyful, knowing well that it shall work out a more glorious season for us. This came to build patience and maturity in us. This is because mature faith works with patience (Hebrews 6:9). This enables us to be preserved till we access our glory. This also works great experience in us that helps to build up the strength of our faith for greater exploits.

Friend, soon you shall be made mature and completed in Him for the fulfilment of life and destiny. Therefore, count it all joy. Refuse to give up. Stand firm in your faith. Do not give in to sorrow or murmur against the Lord, but be thankful. Soon, your joy will be full. Friend, your promotion is on the way. Your shame shall be over, and your lifting and beauty shall be known.

PRAYER: LORD, UPHOLD ME TO STAND TILL MY TRIAL TURNS TO TRIUMPH.

“IT TAKES A MAN THAT PASSES THE TEST TO BE PROMOTED”
