WHAT CAN YOU SEE

WHAT CAN YOU SEE? Genesis 13:7-18 Devotional:- “And the LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: "Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are-northward, southward, eastward, and westward” (V. 15) NKJV Everyone on the earth is looking forward to enter into the New Year at this season. Sometimes we forget the principle that gives birth to our joy and just continue anyhow. One of the things you must consider right now is the need to see right to have it right in the New Year. Nothing happens by mere accident. It is now you can determine what must be for you in the New Year. You just begin to see with your inner eye some things God shall do for you in the New Year (Isaiah 43:19). See, if you can’t see it you may not receive it. After Lot left Abraham. God knew that He is going to take him to another season of his life. God therefore employed this working principle. So that Abraham can be pregnant with the things God is about to birth through him and God sai...

THIRST

THIRST

Scripture: Isaiah 55:1-13
Devotional:- "Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without price (v. 1) NKJV

As citizens of the kingdom of God, you must know that God is not a waster of His virtue. If you want the grace to grow and be like Jesus you must be thirsty for God (John 7:37-38). The reason many don’t grow in the church is because they are not thirsty for God. It is important we come to know that we are the one that need God.

Jesus said blessed are those who hunger and thirsty for righteousness for they shall be satisfied. The truth is that God will not reveal Himself to you more than you are thirsty for Him. If you always come to Him as less important or only when you have a need or time you will always struggle with Him and will always need a middle man to get to Him.

God is your father and you should not lack what your father has. But if you don't seek God with all your heart you may not find Him (Jeremiah 29:13). There is nothing like casual Christianity. You are either belonging to God or not. A true Christian is a full time Christian and part time of all other things. In other word you are to remain a Christian 24/7 no matter where you are or what you are doing. Make up your mind to surrender your heart to God totally and you will find Him. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, help me to take my relationship with you serious.

"It is only what you are thirsty for that you get"
