PRESENCE OF GOD  Psalm 16:5-11 Devotional:- “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore” (v.11) NKJV As good as joy is, one of the greatest tasks of joy is sustaining it. So the world always finds it difficult to sustain. Many cannot even experience it for more than two hours per week. This is because they have not located the source of joy. As a believer, you need to know that joy is a product of the presence of God. Wherever God’s presence is, our scripture today says joy will fill the place. It means the oxygen and the hydrogen of the atmosphere of God are joy. So you cannot be in His presence and not know joy. No wonder David said he is always glad when it is time to go to the house of the Lord. (Psalm 122:1). To experience the presence of the Lord, you need to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and then His presence will be within you. You also need to believe that He is with you according to His word. THIRST

Scripture: Isaiah 55:1-13
Devotional:- "Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without price (v. 1) NKJV

   As citizens of the kingdom of God, you must know that God is not a waster of His virtue. If you want the grace to grow and be like Jesus you must be thirsty for God (John 7:37-38). The reason many don’t grow in the church is because they are not thirsty for God. It is important we come to know that we are the one that need God.

Jesus said blessed are those who hunger and thirsty for righteousness for they shall be satisfied. The truth is that God will not reveal Himself to you more than you are thirsty for Him. If you always come to Him as less important or only when you have a need or time you will always struggle with Him and will always need a middle man to get to Him.

God is your father and you should not lack what your father has. But if you don't seek God with all your heart you may not find Him (Jeremiah 29:13). There is nothing like casual Christianity. You are either belonging to God or not. A true Christian is a full time Christian and part time of all other things. In other word you are to remain a Christian 24/7 no matter where you are or what you are doing. Make up your mind to surrender your heart to God totally and you will find Him. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, help me to take my relationship with you serious.

"It is only what you are thirsty for that you get"

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
