  APPRECIATE HIM Psalms 136:1-9  Devotional:- “Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.” (V.1) NKJV Most people have not started to enjoy God to the maximum. because they have not fully imbibed the wisdom of appreciation. No relationship will be able to survive for a long time if the spirit of appreciation is not imbibed. Can you imagine that you plan to buy something for someone you love, though you do not have the means but embarked on saving towards it. At last you successfully get the gift, rapped it beautifully with a rapper and present it to your friend. All that your friend did was to receive it and just say, “That is good,” in a frowning way. And he started talking about something else to make you forget about the gift. You will feel disappointed and almost regret your effort. This and others are what most men do to God. LOVING GOD SUPREMELY

Scripture: Matthew 10:34- 39

Devotional:- "He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me" (v.3) NKJV

    Living in love demand that we take good care of people around us. That is a great one. But the word of God introducing to us in the scripture we read today a new dimension of love which is to love God supremely. This is by loving God above all other persons.

To love God supremely is to choose to do His will when there is a clash of interest between loving people and God. It means we have to choose to love God above all other persons. In loving God supremely, we have chosen to love man the way God wants us to love people. In other word the love of God become a pattern for our love life. We refuse to love the way the world teaches us to love. The word of God teaches us to be kind, forgive, endure etc (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).

Many people live in the bondage of people's opinion. But we must live in God’s opinion. This is the reason you don't allow anyone to come between you and God. You must ask for the wisdom of God to handle this when it is between God and your parents or spouse, your boss or senior ones. You must learn to love God above all. A woman may have parents, but she should know that she must submit to her husband above them to keep her home (Ephesians 5:22-24). So also we must obey Jesus to keep our lives with God. Peace.

Prayer:- Lord, give me the wisdom and courage to make you first

“Whatever is first is the god”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
