  GREATEST FATHER John 20:11-18 “Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” (V.17) NKJV   Though there is a great number of males in the world today, there are few true fathers. Men who can be referred to as good fathers are rare. This is the reason for the breeding of terrible children in today's homes. Many children don’t even know what it is to have a father. That is why when God is referred to as our father, it does not interest some of us in any form. We only look at Him as one of those absentee fathers in the world. In the scripture we read today, Jesus died and resurrected again and purchased us back to God by His blood. The first person He met after His resurrection was Mary Magdalene. QUIET TIME

Scripture: Psalm 32:1-11
Devotional:- For this cause everyone who is godly shall pray to You In a time when You may be found; Surely in a flood of great waters They shall not come near him (v. 6) NKJV

    The word of God says there is time for everything (Ecclesiastic 3:1) That is why each of us who desire to be like Jesus should create a time when we know we can seek Him in an acceptable way. This is the time to grow through His word to learn to be like Him.

In the scripture we read today the Bible mention the fact that there is a time that God can be found. In such time, you worship and thank the Lord. This is a time you create a systematic study of the word and pray it into your life. This is a time when we will not be distracted by other things. It is always better early in the morning. This is when the activities of the day has not demanded for our attention. To other it may be in the afternoon in the office. Just be sure you can be alone with Jesus (Psalm 63:1, Isaiah 26:9).

It is so important you set aside a time daily and not any time. Any worthy course demand steady time. The moment you appoint a time everything about you  get adjusted expecting your attention to God. The Holy Spirit will always help us when we make up our mind to seek the Lord. And we shall grow up to be like.

Prayer: Lord, give me a heart for you.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
