  PROOF OF GOD I John 4:12-16 Devotional:- “No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us…”(V. 12) So many people today prove to be Godly. This is because it is becoming a noble thing to be Godly. This is the effect of the expansion of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But many people have been trapped and disappointed by depending on the so-called Christian Brother or Sister syndrome. This is because we expect everyone who professes to be Christian and born again to just be honest and faithful. So we conclude on them because they are members orelders or pastors of the church.  But the Bible did not tell us that we will know them by their name or attendance in the church, but by their fruits (Matthew 7:15- 21). No man can give what he does not have. Anytime he wants to do so, he will give you frustration. What, therefore, is the proof of Godliness? It is love. FAITH

Scripture: 2 Corinthians  10:12-18

Devotional:- “Not boasting of things beyond measure, that is, in other men's labors, but having hope, that as your faith is increased, we shall be greatly enlarged by you in our sphere” (v.15) NKJV

     One of the assignments of a disciple of Jesus is to grow in faith. To grow in faith is to increase in the confidence we have in God through the knowledge of the word of God. A child of God that is not growing in faith will always face defeat and intimidation of the devil (1 John 5:4).

To grow in faith, a child of God must give himself or herself to studying the word of God and reading books written by men of stronger faith. Since God give us grace according to the measure of our faith, we then need to recognize the fact that some people are stronger in faith than us and we must humble ourselves to learn from them.

God will not need to reveal some things to us since we can gain the light of it from men and women He has given them to.

Friend, to grow in faith, we must humble ourselves to study books and listen to messages of men of Faith, so that we can tap into the grace through them. As we also give ourselves to meditating in the word of God, we cannot but increase in faith. The testimonies of the word of God increases our faith in God. Walking with the people of faith also gives you access. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, increase my faith

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
