  HE KNOWS YOU Isaiah 43:1-7  Devotional:- “But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine” (V. 1) NKJV Can you imagine if you were meeting the president of this country for the first time, and on shaking hands with you, he mentioned your name among others? This will definitely make you feel special. Such a day will definitely become a memorable day in your mind. You will want to quickly share it with someone as good news. I also want to share this good news with you that God said He knows you by your name. And anytime from now, He wants to discuss your matter for progress between the trinity. He calls you by name. I was in a place to pray one day, and God called me by my name and spoke to me. God knows you more than you know yourself. He even knows your name before your parents thought about it. SACRIFICIAL LOVE

Scripture: John 13:31-35

Devotional:- By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another." v.35 NKJV

     Many Christians has grown so selfish because of the principles they have adopted. So, no matter the negative effect of their decision on others, as long as it profits them, they are okay. Today in the name of business strategies we cut and wound each other. We don’t mind if others close down just for us to rise.

As long as you want to be a disciple of Christ, you must be willing to live in love. Jesus our master Himself is love personified (1 John 4:7-8). He sacrificed His life for us to be redeemed, so also you and I must live a sacrificial love life towards others. This is when we can resemble Christ.

The kind of love we should love people is called agape love in the Greek meaning. This means a selfless love. Counting others to be equally important, seeking to let go our profit to help the weak. This is the kind of love God can reward. This is the love that can gain the attention of God. This love makes Abraham to be willing to sacrifice Isaac (Gen. 21:9). This love makes God to give us His only Son. This is the love that can identify us as a true disciple of Jesus. Receive grace to live in the love of Christ. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, help me to bear the fruits of true love.

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success.
