DESIGNED TO SERVE GOD Psalm 139:13-18 Devotional:- “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand!” (V. 16 NLT)   God designed and formed you to fit into what He wants you to do to serve Him. The intended function determines the form of a building, so also your life. You are the way you are because you were made for specific ministry (Ephesians 2:10) Our scripture today simply means nothing that happens in your life is insignificant. God will never waste any ability unless He intend to use it for His glory (1 Peter 2:9) Before God will give you any assignment, He must have packaged you for it. This packaging is what we call shape (Jeremiah 1:5). Let us look at the meaning of each letter in your shape. The ‘S’ represents Spiritual gifts. These are special God-empowered abilities for serving Him, giving only to believers (1 Cor. 2:14). These gift cannot be bought because they are given by the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12:11). TIME WITH GOD

TIME WITH GOD

Luke 6:12-16
Devotional:-“Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God” (V. 12)

You need to know that it is the breath of the Almighty that created you. His spirit dwells in you the very moment you believe. Therefore, the more time you spend with your source the stronger you will be. Just like a fish will gain more strength when it is in water, so you are when you walk with God. He said we can of our own do nothing (John 15:5). You are here on assignment for Him; you will be wise to create quality time to be with Him.

Jesus came to the world on the mission of our redemption. But he knew the importance of having time with God. So he regularly separated Himself to a solitary place to share with the father.

Note that Jesus had to do that prior to any important engagement of His Ministry. So also this is vital before taking any important steps in your life and business, how much more ministry. Receive grace to spend time with the Lord. From now, you will keep moving without being weary. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, I receive grace to always spend time with you.
