  NATURE OF LOVE I Corinthians 13:1-8  Devotional:- "suffers long and is kind .. does not envy.. does not parade itself…” (V. 4). Since men do not have the actual understanding of love, they turn it into lust. And now it is lust most people call love. It is the reason for most frustration and discouragement today. The scripture we read today revealed to us the true nature of love. It reveals to us that no man’s service shall be acceptable or profitable until he puts in love (v. 1-3). The beautiful thing about the nature oflove is that it is the nature of God, for God is love (1 John 4:8). And if God dwells in us, love should also be demonstrated in us. The scripture says, love suffers long, that is why God loves to forgive his own people. Several times we have turned away from him, yet He does not turn away from us. He still looks for us. MANIFEST

Acts 10:34-43
Devotional:- "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him". (V. 38)

    In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve experienced the Shekinah (manifest presence) glory of God. Some believers today wonder how wonderful events take place in the life of other believers than themselves. Sometimes, they think it is because they are more prayerful, but that is not so. What makes the difference is the presence of God.

We are the temple of the living God because the Holy Spirit dwells in us (1 Corinthians 3:16). Yet beyond this indwelling is the experience of Shekinah which makes the presence of God to manifest even in the atmosphere around you. Under such atmosphere, anything wonderful can happen. May you experience such from now. Under this presence of God, a man of God only decrees or lift up his hand and people in the big hall who are far at the back are healed. To experience this, start to obey the Holy Spirit, and develop an attitude of worship (John 14:23). It’s your turn to see His glory.

Prayer: Lord, let your manifest presence be with me.

“When God is truly present, anything is possible”.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
