  SONGS OF LOVE Isaiah 54:1-10 Devotional:- “"Sing, O barren, You who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, You who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate Than the children of the married woman," says the LORD.” (V.1) NKJV Most people don’t appreciate the place of singing in love relationship. We often think it is the affair of children to sing to one another. But it is until you try it one day that you will have a great fun between you and your spouse as you sing. That is why the whole Song of Solomon is song of love. If you desire to enjoy the best of Gods love you will have to learn quite a lost of songs. God love songs. It is one of the reasons David and many singers won the heart of God. He even said we should sing a new song to the Lord (Psalms 96:1; Ephesians 5:19). SWORD OF THE SPIRIT

Hebrew 4:11-32
Devotional:- “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (V. 12) NKJV

  The sword is an important weapon of battle. It is a major weapon your enemy sees and get scared. They know that with it, you can kill and totally overcome. A sword is too delicate to play with. So those who go to war know that it is very important. It will therefore be delicate as a Christian that you live your life in this world of battles without a sword.

The Bible says, the word of God is the sword of the spirit. Don’t forget we are not fighting with flesh and blood. So we are not talking about physical sword (2 Corinthians 10:4). Through it, you can totally put your enemy off your way. This is by taking it as you take the sword. When a warrior takes the sword, he swings it to kill the enemy. So also as a Christian, when you take the word of God, you are saying it should act like a sword to all that is against you. Nothing can escape it. (Joel 2:3)

You therefore need to start to see God’s word as the Bible says it. If it is released through your mouth by faith, your enemies are in trouble. Start to use this weapon from now and your victory shall be established. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, put your word in my mouth

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
