  GOOD SPOUSE 1 Corinthians 7:1-5 Devotional:- “Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband” (v.3) NKJV One of the greatest places where God expects love to be demonstrated is in the family, and most strongly between the husband and wife. It is a pity that this generation does not have many spouses enjoying true love in their relationships. Many have turned the home into a children-producing factory, and there is nothing strong that ties them together. And today, men can no longer understand the purpose of God for instituting marriage. The scripture we read today gives us some great instruction for our distinction in this world of destruction. God’s word says, "Each should render to one another due affection." Affection is love. God expects you to love each other (1 John 4:7). It is as you love each other that the atmosphere is created for God to mend and amend things in the house. Understand that the word 'love'...

FREEDOM 

2 Corinthians 3:7-18 
Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (V. 17)

    Victory is when you are free in your spirit man. This is when you disallow your feeling or any entanglement in your heart. This is when you are no longer under any condemnation but your heart is free with God. It is freedom in your spirit man that we called joy. This is not because there are no attempts of the enemy against you but you have grown up strong that their attempt does not get at you anymore.

Though this is not an easy task to achieve but the Bible tells us that it is possible. This becomes possible by the help ministry of the Holy Spirit. It is your responsibility to cooperate with the Holy Spirit, this is by always being in agreement with the word of God, accepting the word, believing it for your heart. The Word and Spirit are one (John 6:63).

Friend, if the spirit of God is in you then you have the spirit of freedom. He is superior to all other spirits, no other spirit can cage you when He is in you, and this is because by His light you will always overcome darkness. You will no more be defeated in Jesus name.

Prayer: Holy Spirit, give me victory by the light of your word

‘LIGHT IS ALWAYS THE MASTER OVER DARKNESS’.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
