VALUE YOURSELF 1 Peter 2:1-10  Devotional:- “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;” (V. 9) NKJV If anyone is going to enjoy the love of God, he must see himself as lovely. One of the ways for someone to see themselves as lovely is by valuing themselves. You need to know that of all the creatures of God, not only on earth but also in heaven, you are the most special. According to the word of God, there is no other creature that is as valuable as you are. You are the reason for the labour of the devil (1 Peter 5:8). You are the envy of the demons. You are the envy of the angels. A great percentage of the angels are serving the heirs of salvation (Hebrews 1:14). The scripture we read today calls you a chosen one. That is, among the multitude, God selected you out for Himself. You are a royal priesthood, that is, you are a kingly priest...

WALKING IN CONVENANT

Exodus 23:20-24
For My Angel will go before you and bring you in to the Amorites and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites and the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will cut them off. (V. 23)

    The word of God says to us the part of the tricks of the enemy for the end time, is to discourage people from the covenant (Daniel 11:32).  Today many people are victims of covenant defaulting with joy, little do they know that it is the trick for their defeat. 

Please know that God is a God of covenant this means you have a part and he has a part in your victory.  Your party is to obey his voice and commandment and his part is to supply his angel to fight for you. (Exodus 23:20). When you are a covenant keeper then you need not to struggle to win (Exodus 14:14). God has promise never to fail in His covenant responsibility if you will not fail in your part (Psalm 89:31-35). That is why you will be wise to keep the covenant of God and always obey them.

Friend, if you give yourself to keeping the covenant of God, He will keep his covenant on you. These are covenant of obedience to His instructions on your relationship, business, finance, family, service to God etc. Locate these covenant responsibility in the word of God and obey them. Then he will keep to his promise over your life and destiny. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, give me the grace to always keep your covenants.

“Your covenants walk make you enjoy His covenant”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
