CHOICE OF JOY Acts 16:20-30 Devotional:- “But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.” (V.25) NKJV So many people in this world have not woken up to the fact that the way they live is their choice. One of the greatest errors is to think that the situation a man finds himself, is the determining factor of his life. This is not true. Please come to an awareness of this truth from now on: that you are living as you have chosen to live. Get to know that you are a creature of choice. Whatever your choice is, that is your lot. God chooses no evil for anyone in life (Jeremiah 29:11). Whether you are happy or not, whether you are rich or not, whether you are healthy or not, it is your choice; if you decide otherwise from now and stand by your decision, things will change for you. RELEASING THE HARVEST         

Scripture Reading: Psalms 67: 1-7

Devotional:-Then the earth shall yield her increase; God, our own God, shall bless us. (V. 6) NKJV

     One of the factors of frustration in life of many today is the challenges of lack of harvest. God in His faithfulness has covenanted to give harvest to every good sower with good seed. The Bible says “God cannot be mocked, whatsoever a man sowed he shall reap “(Galatians 6:7). That is why a righteous sower should not lack harvest (Psalm 37:25).


One of the secrets to provoke your harvest is your praise. The word of God says “let the people praise you, oh lord let the people praise you. Then the earth shall yield her increase. In other version, the earth shall yield her harvest. This means, when we continue to praise the Lord, God will visit our lives and water our seed (Psalm 65:9). He will make our harvest to come and bless us.

Friend, no matter what the situation may look like with your trade or your business, separate time to keep praising Him. Don't grumble like others. Why should God destroy you (1 Corinthians 10:10). Your harvest will come forth and your testimonies shall be known. Peace

 

PRAYER: Lord, help me to keep praising you till my harvest come.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
