VALUE YOURSELF 1 Peter 2:1-10  Devotional:- “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;” (V. 9) NKJV If anyone is going to enjoy the love of God, he must see himself as lovely. One of the ways for someone to see themselves as lovely is by valuing themselves. You need to know that of all the creatures of God, not only on earth but also in heaven, you are the most special. According to the word of God, there is no other creature that is as valuable as you are. You are the reason for the labour of the devil (1 Peter 5:8). You are the envy of the demons. You are the envy of the angels. A great percentage of the angels are serving the heirs of salvation (Hebrews 1:14). The scripture we read today calls you a chosen one. That is, among the multitude, God selected you out for Himself. You are a royal priesthood, that is, you are a kingly priest...

PRESERVING YOUR BLESSINGS

Scripture Reading: Malachi 2:1-7
Devotional:- “If you will not hear, And if you will not take it to heart, To give glory to My name," Says the LORD of hosts, "I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, Because you do not take it to heart” (V. 2) NKJV


    People always see it as a difficult thing to gather wealth and breakthrough but little did many knows that the most difficult thing is preserving the blessing. That is why the world is filled with too many ex-rich men and women. Attaining a success status is not as difficult as maintaining the status.

One of the wisdom of God for the preservation of our blessings is praises. You know, praises mean humbling yourself to appreciate what God is doing and what He will do. This humility often makes continuity available. This is by the level of insight and revelation you will access during praises (Isaiah 12:3). That is why the praiseful will keep having more.

The priest were not thankful, so God said their blessing should be cursed. That will not be your portion in Jesus name. That is why you must be grateful for every level of your life. Even when it looks not too good, give Him thanks for you are not at the zero level. That way, His grace will keep helping you till your lifting comes. (Habakkuk 3:17-19). Your blessing shall last long in Jesus name. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, give me a grateful heart notwithstanding.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
