Authority itself is not always physical, so if you can receive and resume into it by faith, you can see it working for you. So, men of authority must be men of faith who believe that what the law says they are is what they really are. They must throw away their past personal view of themselves and assume the office the law gives to them.   One of the offices that the word of God, the law of the universe, gives to you is to be seated with Christ in the ...

HOW POTENT IS PRAISE

HOW POTENT IS PRAISE

Scripture Reading: Psalms 92:1-4
Devotional:- It is good to give thanks to the LORD, And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; (V.1) NKJV

One of the greatest strength missing in the life of many children of God is Praises and thanksgiving. Because of the idolatry background of some people, their view of God is still very religious. God is the author of religion but He has left that longest time and people are still deep in it. The time has come for us to get real with God.

One of the practices of men that is greatly potent in God is praises and thanksgiving. When a man chooses to live a life style of praises to God, he will begin to see the true blessing of God (Psalm 67:5-7) Praises is thanking God for who He has been to you. Praises is celebrating God’s faithfulness to His word and promises in your life (Psalm 56:4). Thanksgiving is acknowledging the goodness of God in our lives. Thanksgiving is also appreciating God ahead of what you expect Him to do (John 6:10-11).

You need to know that praises is far more potent than prayer. It is the angel of the Lord that often attend to the prayer of the Saints, but God Himself attend to the praises of His people. An example is when Peter was in the prison and the church prays, then God sent His angel (Act 12:5-11). But when Paul and Silas praise God in the prison. The place shook and all chains were loosed (Act 16:24-26, Psalms 22:3). This is the manifestation of the presence of God. As you take to the life of praises you will begin to experience this from now in Jesus name. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me a praiseful heart
