JOYFUL MAN  Ephesians 5:25-33 Devotional:- “So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself” (V. 28) NKJV Love is the summary of the great responsibility God has given to a man who wants to be happy in his home. Love is the attitude of the matured. Loving does not mean that all will be well. Loving your spouse is the act of molding and raising her for the best. That is why love in the family either to the spouse or the children should be with positive education (Ephesians 4:13-15). But love interprets so many things. Love is sacrificing time, money and self. It is creating time, money and self to help and build a united and happy home. Where there is love, there will be honour, which is the major weapon to win your wife (1 Peter 3:7). HOW OFTEN

Scripture Reading: Psalms 34:1-7
Devotional:- I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. (V. 1)  NKJV

As long as God is a burden to you, He cannot be a blessing to you. When it comes to praises, it should be what is flowing per second in your mouth and from your heart. This is because God deserves your praises. How much are you paying for your breathing in and out? You should ask a physician what the oxygen in the hospital costs per hour.

When it comes to how often you should praise God. It should be how often He is good to you. As we read from the testimony of David, he started praising God seven times a day (Psalm 119:164). When he is in a meeting, he will excuse himself and find a corner to praise God. He saw that it was not enough, so he graduated to all the time (Psalm 34:1) It means instead of complaining, he will rather say thank you Lord. In conversation instead of using worldly slangs in the course of talking, his slangs is always “Praise the Lord” No wonder he won all the battle of his life (2 Chronicles 20:22). No wonder his throne was established forever. No wonder he won the heart and of God (Act 13:22).

Friend, it's time to live a life of praise. All the war of your life will cease. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, let your praises always be in my mouth.

“IT IS WHAT FILLS YOUR MOUTH THAT WILL FILL YOUR LIFE”
