SPIRIT OF WISDOM I Corinthians 2:6-10 Devotional:- “But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory” (V.7) NKJV      The mind of every man is created to operate wisdom even at the level of common sense. This is one of the reasons why many are poor. The reason why this is so is that most human beings do not know how to empower their mind for wisdom with the right and quality information. They rather believe that life is all about making do with everything that comes their way. Wrong information and association have made many minds dull (Proverbs 13:20).

Devotional:- .But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel. (V. 3) NKJV


      In the history of men, we are in a time that we need more of the presence of God than ever. This is because of the perilous time in which we are now 

(2 Timothy 3:1-5). One of the cheapest way to have God with you always is to live a praiseful life. David said when I passed through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, because the Lord is with me. (Psalm 23:4)

When you choose to live a life of praises, then you and God will be living together, driving together, working or trading together and lying down together. Why? This is because God inhabit the praise of His people. That is, your praises attracts the personal presence of God to your life. Praises is the food for God. The Bible says “He is on the lookout for anyone who will keep worshipping Him (John 4:23). Praises graduates to worship when it is deep from your heart. 

What do you think your experience will be when God is in your house, in your car, in your office and in your journeys? The rest will be wonders (Isaiah 8:18). Your family will keep experiencing His presence in Jesus name. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to keep praising You, to keep Your presence.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

ALTERNATIVES II Kings 5:1-15 Devotional:- “Are not the Abanah and the Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?" So he turned and went away in a rage”. (V12) NKJV      It is always the trick of the devil to make us lose sight of God. So he often makes us see alternatives to God. His own goal is to take people away from God. The enemies so much make his way look easy and quick but with eternal implications. That is why you need to grow your faith and not yield to his tricks. The devil’s alternative will always be with covenants that bind into darkness.
