MEDITATION

MEDITATION Psalm 1:1-6 Devotional:- “But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night..” (v.2) NKJV      God’s word describes someone blessed because he/she meditates on the word of God, day and night. How can this be? The word of God is the source of inspiration that strengthens us to perform (John 1:1-3). The Bible told us that God is a spirit; therefore, meditating on the word of God is drawing on the strength of the spirit (John 6:63).

REGULAR MEAL

Read: Luke 4:1-4
Devotional:- “But Jesus answered him, saying, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God” (V.4)

Physically, what a you regularly feed on will always determine your fitness. So it is in all areas of our life. Most of us have not come to the awareness of the fact that what we feed our spirit with will always determine our strength or weakness. That is why God’s word warned us to be careful of what we listen to (Mark 4:24).

Unfortunately, most information around us is very destructive to our being and we often joyfully take them. In fact we easily pay more attention to negative information than the positive. We even organize to watch bad films not knowing the evil of it on our tomorrow.

If anyone wants to be strong in life, he must also grow his/her spirit to produce the needed strength. The strength of faith will always be needed for victory on the day of challenges. You must regularly constitute time to read and meditate on the word and other books that feeds you positively. When faith come, then strength comes, ability comes, action for result. All of these come by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Also love to always be in the church to hear it. Read about it and your victory will be guaranteed.

Prayer: Lord, give me a heart for your word.

“THE MORE OF THE LIVING WORD YOU TAKE THE MORE YOUR FAITH FOR VICTORY”
