  ATMOSPHERE OF LOVE l John 4:12-19 Devotional:- “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.“ (V. 18) NKJV In any environment where love is predominant, such environment will be characterized with liberty. So many people who desire an atmosphere of love today unconsiciously create barriers agaisnt it by not creating a free environment. In the home of some people, though they complain there is no love, they don’t create liberty among themselves. The scripture we read today says, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. “A very good portrait of love is the atmosphere God created in the garden of Eden at creation. God wanted love, and so He made it a free relationship. Liberty is not an absence of rules and regulations but the joy of living by the rules without fear. MEEKNESS

MEEKNESS 

Read: Numbers 12:1-9 
Devotional:- “Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth” (V.3) KJV


    The most vital aspect of faith is for you to yield to God’s instructions. God wants us to obey Him by faith. This is a level of honour to God. If Moses did not obey God he would not have seen all the miracles he saw in Egypt and in the wilderness. If the priests will not obey to step into Jordan by faith, the water would not have parted for them (Joshua 3:13). If Peter will not obey Jesus to launch his net into the deep he would not have seen the miracle of many fishes (Luke 5:4-7). If the disciple will not obey Jesus to fetch water as commanded, they would not have seen the miracle wine (John 2:5-8). If anyone will not obey God’s instruction, he may not see the glory of God (John 1:40).

The grace for obedience is imbedded in meekness. We therefore need meekness to enjoy the working power of God. Meekness will help us to look away from the shame and mockery of men when God instructs (Philippians 2:5-10). Please, ask for the grace of meekness and God will give you. Meekness is tenderness to submit to God’s instruction (Psalms 25:9).  The meek will inherit the earth (Matthew 5:5). Why? They know how to walk with God. Man and God’s levels are too far and distant to walk by mere reasoning but meekness is the link (Isaiah 55:8–9). Peace. 

Prayer: Lord, give me the spirit of meekness.

“MAN PLUS MEEKNESS IS EQUAL TO GOD’S MANIFESTATION”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
