  SUBMIT TO HIM John 14:12-24  “Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” (V. 23) NKJV   Sometimes on the platform of love, there is nothing men cannot offer to one another. If you truly love a man you will not want to reject or disobey him. You will want to do as much as it is in your capacity. You will not want to turn him down. Can you imagine how strictly you want to keep to an appointment with a loved one? If we have attached so much importance to responding to our lover, how much more God. If you truly love God it will be natural for you to submit to His will. You will not need to argue or ask too many questions. It will be a pleasure submitting to His will. Jesus said in the scripture we read today, if anyone loves me he will keep my words. In other word he will submit or obey my word. ANY THING IS POSSIBLE

Devotional:- “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes” (V.23) NKJV


    We need to come to the awareness of the potency of the God we serve. He can do all things. He created the heavens and the earth. He created the mountains and the sea, He parted the red sea; He brought water from the rock and what else can He not do. If you see true greatness happening in the life of anyone today, it is through Him and there is nothing He cannot do (Luke1:37, John 3:27).

I am glad to let you know that he can also do mighty things in your life, if only you can believe. Jesus said all things are possible to him that believes. This simply means, the omnipotence of God thrive in our faith. In the case we read today, something has proved impossible for the disciples of Jesus, when Jesus came he accused them of their faithlessness. 

Friend, your current situation is simply due to your lack of faith. If Jesus steps in, the situation will submit. You only need to put your faith in place. Faith is not trying to see what we can do but believing in what He can do through us. This demands that we wait on Him to reveal to us the way (Psalm 32:8). Then our faith will be strong. This is when we will be confident to step into the miraculous. Do you know that you can rise again? Do you know that you can be back on stage even more powerfully? You can be given back your place. This year God will surprise you. If you can believe all things are possible. 

Prayer: Lord, I claim back what belongs to me with faith in the name of your son. 

“WHATEVER YOU BELIEVE IS POSSIBLE”

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
