Many Christians up till now don’t want to take responsibility for their victory. So they don’t see any need to know the way of faith. They don’t want anything that will stress them. So they tell themselves, “Why try to believe God when I can easily get it done through any other means?” But when they get to some issues of life that have no shortcut, they then enter into big frustration. 

I like to introduce you to a new realm of faith that will build you strong in Christ. In the scripture today, Paul was on a ship and in the face of a shipwreck and in danger of death. Jesus appeared to him and gave him a word of courage that he would surely land safely. He held tightly to this promise and refused to be afraid even when the situation was very tough. Not only that, he had confidence and assured others of their safety. 

This is what you need to take dominion in this world. Any time you sense the activity of the enemy around you, all you need to do is ask the Holy Spirit for a word. The word of the Holy Spirit will always birth courage of faith in you to resist the enemy (Romans 10:17). When the Holy Spirit gives you a word, you must keep speaking it to your situation till the devil bow out of your life. Refuse to give in to fear and doubt. In confidence, go on with your business and leave the devil with the problem (Isaiah 30:15). Let everyone say whatever they like, you should keep speaking the word without minding the situations. And you will surely give your testimony at last. 

Prayer: Lord, strengthen me to always stand on your word.

“IF YOU WILL NOT GIVE UP, THE ENEMY WILL”

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.
