Sometimes our challenges make us lose focus on God. We need to realise that this is the trick of the devil. He only wants to smartly disconnect us from our source. And a river that is disconnected from its source will soon dry up.   Abraham was looking for his own way to make things happen in his life and started losing focus on God by getting another wife to fulfil the promise of God. Genesis 40:6-15

It is of great importance for everyone to keep his vision no matter the situations or challenges. There is need for us to know the importance of this. Your vision is not yours. They are heavenly programmes packaged into you at creation. That is the portion of the programme of God you are sent to fulfill. That is why your vision is always looking bigger than you. Vision is simply having an insight into God’s plan. The more you retain them in your mind the more your system keep working towards achieving it. This is because the power to carry it out is in you already.

The plan of the devil is to steal that vision, to see that it does not manifest. You need to know this. But God has created you a complete package, both to be able to preserve and to bring to reality that which He has packaged into you, though it has an appointed time (Habakkuk 2:2-3).

One of the strongest ways to preserve your vision is to picture it in your memory system, and keep on seeing it (Hebrews 12:2). By this it will remain fresh and keep getting clearer to you. Though Joseph was in great challenges of his life, yet he knew he was destined for the throne and he did not hesitate to tell Pharaoh’s cup bearer to mention him to Pharaoh. Why? He believed he had a sit there and eventually he got there. Friend, let the enemies be doing whatever they like but don’t give up the memory of your vision. Learn from Jesus, even when they were beating and slapping Him, He was saying you will see the son of man coming in glory (Matthew 26:63-64). Set your mind on where you are going. Don’t be distracted by your challenges, and you will get there. See you in that glory!

Prayer: Lord, help me to keep my eyes straight on you.

“IF YOU CAN KEEP YOUR VISION YOU CAN KEEP YOUR FUTURE”
