There is no one that the devil doesn’t want to discourage. That is why we must seek to hear what will encourage us. Do you know that your life can be highly productive? You only need to be motivated and encouraged to move forward. Friend, if the company you keep does not motivate you, if the people who counsel you don’t challenge your faith, if the people you belong to doesn’t help you discover the potentials in you for greatness, there is a need to move away from such. There is a need for most people to know that man is often caught in a snare by words of his mouth (Proverbs 6:2). What we are saying is the expression of our spirit. God’s word says life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). That is why authority is simply released through the mouth of man. It is your mouth that expresses the power in you for manifestation.

In the scripture we read today, God told the Israelites that He would only do to them what they had spoken. Out of ignorance, they have said they would not be able to possess the land God has promised to give them. And they never saw the land of Canaan.

Friend, your portion in life is determined by what you say. Be very careful of what you are saying. Stop speaking negative words against yourself, your spouse and your children. You are simply releasing authority for performance. Watch out. No matter your situation, keep speaking the word of God. You are that prophet God has brought to the valley of dry bones (Ezekiel 37:1-). No matter how dry or hopeless your situation is, it is whatever you say about it that will happen. That is the truth. Stop speaking sickness, weakness and death (Isaiah 23:24). Speak success always, speak lifting, speak hope, and your life will soon be in conformity. Let your word be always seasoned with salt (Colossians 4:6), and your life will also be sweetened.

Prayer: Lord, help me to always use my tongue for my success.

“JUST LIKE GOD, YOU ARE CREATING YOUR WORLD WITH YOUR WORD”
