Looking into the reasons many fail sometimes, it is because we do not often organize ourselves or put in place our strategies to face life battles. And we do not know that the devil we are facing is a master strategist. He often looks for our weak areas of life to come in and defeat us. 

Jesus was explaining one of the strongest principles of victory for us in the scripture we read today. And that talks about organizing ourselves to win. Let us stop assuming that victory could come anyhow. You have been given the grace of God sufficiently. The word and the power of God are for us. So we must not lose. Some of us need to know that heaven is for winners and not losers (Revelation 21:7-8). That is why, in his letter to the seven churches of Asia. He will always end with “He who overcomes” (Revelation 2:7, 11, 17). The emphasis is laid on the individual as a member of the church, and the same applies to you. 

All you need to do is to stop believing that you are a failure, or that a power is making you fail. Sit down, organise yourself and face your challenges. Sit down to plan how your car and house will come. Deny yourself and start to save, and let us see the devil that will go and take your money from the bank. See, the devil knows when you organise, pray and prepare yourself for success, and he is afraid of you. All you need to do is be determined and be willing to pay every price necessary for your success. The devil has already failed in your life. You shall see your change come from now. 

Prayer: Lord, help me to make your wisdom my strength.

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
