THE REDEEMED
Galatians 3:10-14Devotional:- “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree” (V. 13) KJV
.
Today, we children of God do not understand the meaning of redemption. And so it does not really have any meaningful impact on our lives. This is because it is only knowledge that brings about outstanding strength and makes a man stand over his enemy. Many Christians are building muscles instead of knowledge of our God to build our spirit and soul for victory (Daniel 11:32). Though we sing redemption and even bear it as a "knowledge is power name, yet we still find ourselves in bondage. Notice that prayer without knowledge is a religious exercise. Not only in this world but in the spirit realm.
Our redemption is tickly packaged for our victory, but it will take the revelation of God’s word to unfold it for our use. God’s word says, “Christ has redeemed us,” which means He has paid the price of our liberty. The Bible is the book where the terms of our freedom agreement are written. Since the devil knows that we are not careful to understand the terms of the agreement, he keeps playing on our ignorance. You are free from now on.
Friend, when you are said to be redeemed, it means your freedom is paid for. Now it is yours to claim it, not just in prayers but in a freedom mentality. You are no longer cursed. If you find any of such things operating in your life, tell them to leave now (James 4:7). Your redemption has brought peace, joy, progress, prosperity and success for you. Begin to live in this by faith, and your faith shall deliver you. You also should claim the blessings of Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3). With the level of knowledge you are receiving now, if you will respond by faith, I need to tell you that your suffering is over forever. And your freedom is established.
Prayer: Lord, help me never to remain in ignorance anymore.
“REDEMPTION CAN BE ENFORCED ONLY WHEN THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT ARE PROPERLY UNDERSTOOD”
