Sometimes men become too religious and then find it difficult to believe the word of God. This is because they have a particular mode in their mind. They think God has to fit into their mindset. A lot of the time, this mode is not established by the word of God but by their experience. That is why I tell people often, faith based on experience and not the word of God is fake. Whatever experience that pulls down the word of God is a stronghold of the devil that must be pulled down.

Do you know that the word of God declares man as the god of this world and all the power in it (Exodus 7:1)? This truth has been in the mind of God from the time of creation. He created all the things in the world and put the first man in charge. But Adam lost this authority to the devil who since has been the prince of this world, and men have not been able to overcome him (John 14:30; John 12:31 KJV). But for this reason, the Son of God came to conquer the devil for us, and He gave the authority back to us (1 John 3:8). 

Friend, this is the truth that God has appointed you a god of the earth; you only need to believe it and begin to act in it. Stop fearing the enemy. He is now under your feet (Matthew 22:44). But you have to make sure he remains under your feet in your life, family, business, ministry, finances and health. Do you know that he is afraid of you? You are appointed to win the devil. You are responsible for your victory, and you will win.

Prayer: Lord, strengthen me to rise up to my office.
“IF YOU WILL BE TOO RELIGIOUS TO RISE, THE DEVIL WILL RIDICULE YOU”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
