To the people in our generation, God have almost become a liar, because he said it is not good for a man or woman to be alone. What he said is not good seem good to many today. We easily forget that God is not a liar, not remembering that he is our creator who knew us before we were born and also knew our future. There is wisdom in bringing two heads together. God’s word says two are better than one. 

One of the reasons marriage fails today is because spouses can’t stay with each other for a long time. They quickly get fed up with each other, counting on their wrongs and transgressions. You need to ask for this grace and learn to stay with one another. If you are looking for the fulfilment of your expectations alone, and you want to enforce it on your family, you may never achieve it. Since there are individual expectations, if the two of you surrender to God, He will build a home for you that is thankful, a home where you will find joy and total contentment. 

You can begin to enjoy your spouse in all ways if you will create satisfaction in him or her. Decide to love him/her no matter what. See beauty in her. Derive joy in him/her short comings and trust God for an Improvement. Don’t destroy your life and destiny; create an atmosphere of love. What you are building is not just a family but a union of unity for great achievements (Psalm 133:1-3). Let your been together become a strong welpon for progress. Find time to always fellowship together sexually. This is for your union, that you might be one in soul and body but not just for pleasure. Stop going about with other people. Stay with only your spouse notwithstanding, and your joy shall be restored. 

Prayer: Lord, help me to build a strong union with my spouse

“IF THE DEVIL HAS VOWED TO DESTROY YOU; YOU TOO VOW TO DISALLOW HIM”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
