LOVE DEFINED I John 4:7-11 Devotional:- “He who does not love does not know God, for God is love” (V.8) NKJV Today, many people have been put into great trouble simply because they are looking for love. Since the nature of man cannot enjoy living without a lover, everyone searches for one wholeheartedly. If you find anyone who says he doesn’t need love from anyone, he is not sincere. He will soon find himself in desperate need of love. Since love is a universal need, men always seek for it, and most people never find it. There are quite a lot of things men term love, which are not, and has inturn misled and confused them. Until you can define your need, you may not have them met. This necessitates the need to truly define love. The scripture we read today gave us the true meaning of love. And you will be wise to embrace the word of God. It said, “God is love” (1 John 4:8). KNOWING HIS WISDOM 

James 3:12-18
Devotional:- “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.” (v. 17) NKJV

    Everyone in the world today has come to know the viability of wisdom. Everyone now knows that it takes wisdom to succeed. Some years ago, people used to think it was just hard work. Later, it was realised that the people who are really making it are not necessarily struggling.

All men today seek to have knowledge of wisdom, yet there is much confusion. This is because what people call wisdom is not of God, so they cannot stand the test of time. They are mostly carnal wisdom.

That is why you must give yourself to learning about the wisdom of God. These are wisdom principles through which God governs the heaven and the earth. It is not the manipulation and cunning type that people operate today, that is putting them into trouble. God’s word says this one is pure, peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and truth.

You must study God’s word to learn the wisdom that sustains heaven and the earth. Then you will be sustained to overcome every trouble and challenging situation. Nothing is stopping you from reading a chapter of Proverbs per day for baptism into divine wisdom. That is why it has 31 chapters for each day of the month that have thirty-one days. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, baptise me with your wisdom.

“GOD’S WISDOM IS STRONGER THAN ANY CHALLENGES ON EARTH.”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
