THE PAST

THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. FIXING THINGS

FIXING THINGS

Genesis 32:22-32
Devotional:- “And He said, "Let Me go, for the day breaks." But he said, "I will not let You go unless You bless me!"” (V. 26) NKJV

Prayer times are a good time for us to walk with God for our strength. In this part of the world, believers give so much time to prayers, but we need more understanding about what prayers are.

It is important that you know that you have to be responsible for making things happen correctly in your life. What has been provided for you in the realm of the Spirit is what you can obtain in life. But if it is not fixed in the Spirit, it may not be possible to get them here on earth. So, prayer time is the time to fix things in the Spirit realm.

As we read in the scripture today, there are some issues in the life of Jacob. The name kept disturbing his relationship with people. He was not able to get established because of that. The day he met with an angel of God, he knew he needed to fix things in the Spirit.

You need to learn to do this during prayer time to command sickness to leave your home; command poverty to flee; command favour and open doors in the name of Jesus. Command your stubborn boss to bow to God in your life. Command your promotion to come (Job 22:28), and your life shall progress.

Prayer: Lord, release your authority into my mouth.

“SONS OF POWER ARE SONS OF AUTHORITY.”
