  JOY OF PARENTS Proverbs 15:11-21 “A wise son makes a father glad, But a foolish man despises his mother” (V.20). NKJV One of the things that brings perpetual joy and gladness to parents at their old age is the lives of their children. When a man sees his children living right, prospering and serving God, it brings great joy that no one can take away from him. Many parents are living in sadness because of the terrible lives the children are living, but the truth is that they never invested the “wisdom” of the word of God in these children when they were young. They left these children to live their lives the way they wanted, now the consequences are manifesting. Beloved, if you want to have joy in your old age, plant into your children now the word of God that can make them wise, and when they are wise and behave wisely, your joy will know no bounds. Prayer: Lord, help me to raise Godly children. “YOUR CHILDREN ARE YOUR TREASURES”

ESTABLISHED IN FAITH

Colossians 2:1-10
Devotional:- “rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving” (V. 7) NKJV

    If anyone is to overcome in the challenging season of life, he/she must be established in faith. The enemy knows that the life wire that keeps God flowing to you is faith. That is why God’s word says the just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17). It is faith that brings God’s promises to manifestation in your life. It is by faith that you draw the heavenly promises to be evident in your life on earth.

The devil, having known this, is always out to steal people’s faith in God (Luke 22:31). He knows the moment you lack faith; you will no longer be in connection with God's ability to win. He knows that without faith in place, your prayer life and spiritual life will become worthless. So, he strives so much to weaken your faith.

That is why the challenges of this season must not draw you away from the Lord. You must rather be established in the faith you have in the word of God. This is by daily meditating in the word of God and walking in the will of God (Ephesians 3:17). If you will keep obeying the Lord, you will be able to keep your flow in faith with God. Don’t be enticed by the profit of evil practices of this generation. Wait on the Lord for His instructions for solution in all situations, and keep obeying Him. Then you will keep overcoming and you will keep being strong in faith through His word.

PRAYER: Lord, uphold me in faith to the end

“WHATEVER YOU MAJOR IN, YOU WILL BE ESTABLISHED IN IT”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
