LOVE DEFINED I John 4:7-11 Devotional:- “He who does not love does not know God, for God is love” (V.8) NKJV Today, many people have been put into great trouble simply because they are looking for love. Since the nature of man cannot enjoy living without a lover, everyone searches for one wholeheartedly. If you find anyone who says he doesn’t need love from anyone, he is not sincere. He will soon find himself in desperate need of love. Since love is a universal need, men always seek for it, and most people never find it. There are quite a lot of things men term love, which are not, and has inturn misled and confused them. Until you can define your need, you may not have them met. This necessitates the need to truly define love. The scripture we read today gave us the true meaning of love. And you will be wise to embrace the word of God. It said, “God is love” (1 John 4:8). FLOATING AXE

Devotional:- 2 Kings 6:1-7

“So the man of God said, "Where did it fall?" And he showed him the place. So he cut off a stick, and threw it in there; and he made the iron float’’ (V.6) NKJV


     Sometimes when we read about some great wonders of God in the Bible, something makes us feel it was because the people were very special. But we need to know that they are men of like passion (James 5:17-18). They were just exactly like we are, but they were only men of faith. This makes God to work wonders through them.

The sons of the prophet needed a big place of dwelling. So they decide to cut trees to make a new home. Thank God they requested that Elisha should go with them. As they were cutting the trees, the axe head fell into the deep river. And the man of God asked the Holy Spirit for what to do. The Holy Spirit was what they also depended upon, and there was a miracle.

Friend, you also have the Holy Spirit. That stick is the word of God. Speak to the sinking situation, and the heavy iron will float. Nothing is heavier than God’s power. You need to know that God’s angels are waiting to work on your situation. They are the ones who made the axe head float. You can experience the same in your body, studies and business. What looks difficult, shall submit to you now in Jesus name.

Prayer: Lord, my recovery is now

“NOTHING IS TOO DIFFICULT FOR GOD TO BRING BACK”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
