THE PAST

THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. God is starting a brand-new thing with you. He is giving you new experiences of success and breakthrough. You need to lea...

BE COMMITTED IN ZION

BE COMMITTED IN ZION

Psalm 69:5-12
Devotional:- “Because zeal for Your house has eaten me up, And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me”. (V. 9) NKJV

God’s strength is always available in His house (Psalm 84:7) . He has ordained His house as a centre of strength. No matter the weakness people encounter, God has organised His house as a place to renew strength. The word of God says those who appear in Zion are always increasing in strength. This is not just a show up but a heart toward His house.

Always feel excited about the house of the Lord. David said I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord (Psalm 122:1). Refuse to be part of those who have to be followed up and down before they will come to church. Be a committed worker in the house of the Lord. King David said that he preferred to be an usher in the house of God rather than other things (Psalm 84:10). Whoever comes to visit you during the service hours should come to the church with you. If not, let them wait till you come back.  God must be able to predict you when it’s time to bless you (Genesis 18:18-19).

This measure of drive will always get you ready for your miracle. You will always receive strength in His presence, and soon, you will also become one of the people God is using to distribute strength to others. And you’ll be strengthened forever.

Prayer: Lord, plant the love for your house in my heart.

“THE WAY YOU COME BEFORE THE LORD DETERMINES THE STRENGTH YOU ENJOY.”
