  DON’T HATE Matthew 5:43-48  Devotional:- “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,” (V. 44) NKJV The subject of love is not always easy to practise between you, and those who have shown themselves as committed enemies. Those who will openly stand against you. Those who just hate you for no reason. Those who don’t pray that anything good should happen to you. Yet the Bible gave us a commandment in the midst of it all to love and never to hate them. What a great task! But until a Christian grows to this level, he cannot actually be called mature. The way to handle it is that we should bless those who curse us. Always do good to those who hate you. If they are moved by the spirit in them to do evil to you, be moved by the Spirit in you to love them. We cannot truly say we love till we can prayerfully demonstrate the character of love. WINGS OF IDEAS

Malachi 3:8-12
Devotional:- …And prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour out a blessing…” (v.10) KJV 

    The reason why so many Christians are still not excelling in the world is that they don’t know how to tap into heavenly ideas that could make them excel on earth. And few who are privileged to enjoy it don’t value it, and so they don’t do anything meaningful with it. Friend, for you to excel in this competitive world, you need much more than business strategy or planning, but heavenly ideas.

When the Bible teaches about tithe, many people do not understand the purpose. We need to always recognise that all God’s commandments are for our benefit, which awaits everyone who pays their tithe. Tithe is the ten per cent of your profits or earnings. The Bible says that when we obey this commandment. He will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings for us.

The blessing is not necessarily cash but ideas of glory to make us excel on earth. The second benefit is the heavenly insurance it will create for us (v. 11). If you are a faithful tither God will always give you understanding of what to do to make wealth and o profit (Deuteronomy 8:18: Isaiah 48:17). Please stop throwing the ideas in your mind away as a tither. They can turn you great. They may look so unreasonable, but they have within them the ability to turn you great. They may seem to have a small profit margin, but they can turn you into a millionaire with time. I don’t know what God might have laid in your heart to do. Please go ahead and do them, and you will excel among others.

Prayer: Lord, let the eyes of my mind be opened to receive heavenly ideas.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
