LIVING WORD  Psalms 107:15-22 Devotional:- “He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions” (v.20) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional LIVING WORD Pastor Remi Agbabiaka  ·  Psalm 107:15-22 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com There is a need for you to wake up to know that the Bible in your hand is not just a book, but a container of the living word. This is a word that has the life of God in it (John 6:63). By it all things were created. These words are the words of God. The word of God is God. The word is as powerful as God Himself (John 1:1-4). All that God has made comes to being by His word. And the word contains all that you need to be.   As powerful as the word is, it is only powerful to individuals who allow the Holy Spirit to bring the light of the word to them. DISCOVER YOURSELF

DISCOVER YOURSELF

John 1:19-28
Devotional:- “He said: "I am 'The voice of one crying in the wilderness: "Make straight the way of the LORD,"' as the prophet Isaiah said" (v. 23) NKJV

In the school of success, one of the primary demands is self-discovery. The lack of it is the reason for all the confusion in the world today. No one can succeed by being another person. Life will be full of struggle and constraints if a man is not himself.

God has created us in the world for His glory. But each of us has our place in the universal plan of God. It is this plan that determines who God creates and for what purpose. It is a principle that determines your composition. You are sent here on assignment to carry out a specific task for the Lord. You are created to fulfil some part of the universal plan of God. So you are relevant and important. You are not like anyone else. You are uniquely created for a unique function with a unction. Who you are is simply a function of what you are sent to do. Until you discover yourself, life may keep going towards frustration.

To be able to discover yourself, you need to examine yourself and carefully observe your personality: that is, your temperament, what you like and what you don't. How you like to do things. Observe whatever gets you excited and what gets you upset. These are pointers to your purpose of creation. Then identify your gift, grace and talent. These are put in you to help you carry out your God given assignments on earth. Your grace is the excelling gift among others. That is what you are anointed with. This is not a year of waste for you. It's never too late to restart. It is as you discover yourself that the world will discover your glory. It is a new year for you.

Prayer: Lord, open my inner eyes to see your uniqueness in me.
