  GIFT AND GRACE Romans 12:3-8 Devotional:- “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith”(V. 6) NIV   One of the means through which we can demonstrate our love to others is by using the grace and the gifts that are in our lives. As a child of God, you are privileged to enjoy two levels of gifts. The first are the talents and gifts. The second are the gifts of the Holy Spirit. There is no one who is not talented in one area or the other. It may be to cook, sing, design, draw or write. It could also be in the area of sport or decoration. But as a child of God, there is another dimension of gifts in your life given by the Holy Spirit. These are gifts of prophecy, healing, knowledge, wisdom, working of miracles, discernment of spirit, diverse tongues or interpretation of tongues (1 Corinthians 12:6-10). If you don’t know that you have any of this gift, it is because you have not care...

GOOD DESIRE

Proverbs 10:16-26 
Devotional:- “The fear of the wicked will come upon him, And the desire of the righteous will be granted” (V.24) NKJV

    God puts so many virtues in people's life to work out our destiny, but ignorance often causes us to neglect them. One of such virtues is good desire. Many people have yet to truly understand themselves. Do you know that anytime God wants to carry out any assignment, He will put it in a man as an idea and give him a desire to carry it out? What we often neglect most time is the divine hand of God upon us for achievement (Daniel 4:25).

Desire is a language of your destiny trying to find expression. It is a heavenly influence upon your purpose of creation to come to manifestation. It may look like you wish to solve a problem and deliver a people. It may be in form of something you discover that could be of good help to people, and there is a longing in you to see it done. It could be a longing in your heart to see your family, business or nation better. When God wants to use anyone for an assignment, He will first put the desire for it in them.

Nehemiah received a desire for his people, and God used him as a deliverer. There are bad and good desires. It is the only good one that can lead to success. It is never going to be for selfish reasons, but to be a help or a blessing. You will surely find the ability to carry out your good desire around you. If you are willing to go to any length to carry it out, heaven will support you to achieve it. Be willing to pray, even fast and pay any price necessary to achieve your good desire. Then, you will see heaven bring your way all that is needed to achieve it. This is your year of achievement. Go for it.

Prayer: Lord, help my desire to become a reality.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
